  Rude rude rude!!!! Called to make a payment, unaware that I was late. The office lady laughed in a very condescending manner and wouldn’t accept my payment. It was in full on nothing! Totally agree with previous reviews, overcharging opportunist and making payment difficult is exactly correct!!
