  I don't know WHAT we would do without Dr. Willoughby! There is no way we could get all our cats to an office--having a vet who makes house calls keeps our cats healthy. She is a real pro at talking to our babies; and when one or more won't come out of hiding, she is very patient and willing to come back and try again.
  
  She is so thoughtful and truly concerned with the whole family's wellbeing. When all resources had been exhausted and it became clear that it was time to let go, she was so gentle, understanding and supportive.
  
  Dr. Willoughby really deserves about a 100-star rating!

  I’ll never forget how Dr. Willoughby had us rub our fingers through our dog’s fur right after he was put to rest. He’d been in so much pain we couldn’t even touch him for months before. I can still feel his soft coat. I will never again take my animals to the vet to say goodbye if I don’t have to.
