  This is a gutter facility that treats people like they were garbage. I spoke to the executive director Erica Farnum on the phone about how I felt disrespected by a staff member named Ena Burdick. She laughed at me and hung up the phone while I was speaking to her.
  All I can say is that professional demeanor and basic respect is not something these people understand. They are very aggressive and disrespectful. I wouldn't allow these jerks to watch my dog.
