  The negative reviews more or less are regaeding the introduction of the new Smart ATMs. I love it. When i need to deposit cash or check I can skip the lines and have it go into my account instantly. When I need to see a teller they are always friendly and get everything done quickly and efficiently.
  
  Some will always complain about the "big ugly ATMs" but whatever; people always tend to get irrationally angry when machines are smarter than they are.

  They used to be exceptional way back when it was still Washington Mutual, things started going downhill after they were bought out by Chase. When I called to ask a question about an accidental automatic transfer that should have been rejected and returned to the account it came from (because my account at Chase has been closed for years), the man I spoke with was unbelievably rude and didn't seem to understand what I was talking about. Now I have the pleasure of running around trying to figure out why they are holding my money hostage. I wouldn't bank here even if it were the only bank left in Humboldt.
